Steadfast

We have our baseline MRI, we will have another one done in 2-3 months and compare the tumor.

As I sat in church on Sunday, Pastor Allen talked about being steadfast. It was a great word that day, I had no idea how it would impact me this week. So I want to share with you all.

Steadfast: firmly fixed in place; not subject to change; FIRM IN BELIEF, determination. or adherence

I have said before, I believe in the miracles of the Lord. That by the Grace of God Doug will be healed. I am trusting in the Lord to take my husband in his loving hands and clear his body of sickness. That VICTORIES WILL BE WON! Did you hear me, I am screaming from the tops of my lungs. . . VICTORIES WILL BE WON! I am NOT allowing the evil to distract me on my mission with Douglas. I AM STEADFAST WITH MY FAITH!

Ephesians 6:13-16 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

So I am just warning all the evil that might try to come, all the distractions that might try to appear, YOU ARE MESSING WITH THE WRONG GIRL!

My faith is stronger than it has ever been, my love for the Lord is tight, and I am sharing a testimony that keeps on growing with each day.

I continue to pray for the next MRI to give us hope that all things are healing, that my best friend, and father of my 3 beautiful girls, will walk beside us on the rest of our journey healthy and strong.

Team Corta, we need you more now than ever. Keep Doug lifted in prayer, for healing and strength. And for the doors of despair slammed shut!

Thank you Lord for this amazing army of loving souls you have put behind us. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful support group. I feel their love Lord, for their strength is what strengthens me. My hope is that they are touched by the words I can share. For you are greater than we can see, your work is shown through those who listen. In Jesus name. . . In Jesus name Amen
